Our service centers are located strategically in all major cities in Malaysia and we offer immediate replacement of faulty equipment to ensure that our customers’ business operations are minimally affected. We have always acknowledged that our customers are our main asset and maintaining a lasting and successful business relationship is the key to our success.

The technical support offered are as follows:


  • Service call logging and management whereby the Helpdesk will assign the Customer Service Representative to assist our customers.
  • Remote assistance to our customers and trouble-shooting.
  • Onsite fixing in the event of failure.
  • Monthly performance reports upon customer's request.

  • Onsite installation of hardware and software.
  • Laying of network and power wiring.
  • Configuring and commissioning of Systems.


  • After sales warranty for manufacturing defects.

Time and Material

We provide the following services to our valued customers:

  • Manage Hardware and Software support services.
  • Software upgrades and updates and also system performance fine tunings.
  • Technical support throughout Malaysia.


Maintenance are divided into three (3) categories:

1. Periodical Health Check

  • Reading of MyKad open data and finger verification, physical check of power cable and USB cable whether they are abused / damaged / misused.

2. Onsite Remedial Service

  • Troubleshooting and fixing failure.

3. Upgrades Hardware/Software

  • In accordance to manufacturer’s advise.
