- Service call logging (0830 until 1730 hours weekdays)
- Remote assistance to our customers & trouble-shooting
- Onsite installation of hardware & software
- Configuring & commissioning of systems
- The Services shall be performed in a professional manner in any manufacturing defects. We offer standard 1 year warranty for software and Hardware.
- Genuine spare parts shall be used. In the event of a genuine spare part being not available, the Company shall upon the Client’s prior approval replace the defective part with a compatible part until a genuine spare part is made available within a reasonable time.
