INTEGRITY BUSINESS SOLUTION SDN BHD (INTEGRITY) was incorporated in 2005 and is a wholly-owned Bumiputera company.
We are an innovative technology-based company that focuses on smartcard and biometric technology. Our mission is to provide reliable and cost-effective solutions to the customers in Malaysia by focusing on MyKad, the chip-based national identification card.
Our team has been actively involved in the development and promotion of smart cards and security solutions that complement MyKad. Zainul Rizam Bin Mohd Zawawi
As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing the overall management, monitoring, and administration of the Marketing A&P budget for the company. He has a wealth of experience in building new territories and expanding opportunities through previous overseas postings, where he handled the management and administration of Malaysia Airlines North America’s operations, its personnel, sales network, employment policies and local administrative procedures.
Mazlan Bin Zainudin
Senior Vice President of the Sales and Marketing Group, he is responsible for the INTEGRITY’s financial functions and performance, which includes developing, organizing, implementing and evaluating the company’s fiscal objectives. He also participates in the development of the business plan and programs as a strategic partner. He has been with the company since 2005 and serves as a spokesperson for INTEGRITY to customers.
Zuraidah Binti Hussin
As the Helpdesk Executive at INTEGRITY, she handles first level online customer support, support on the call management system for the customer support team, and ensures that all calls are attended to and at the end of each working day. She also ensures a good level of customer relations and helpdesk support to ensure business continuity with all customers.
As the Chief Technical Officer of INTEGRITY, he handles the management of projects and oversees all system studies, architecture, design, development, integration, deployment, pilot, and production that surrounds the company and its customers. His areas of expertise include SKI Implementation, PIN Block Implementation, and SDK Architecture, Design, and Development.
Mohd Ansari Bin Haji Abdul Rahman
Responsible for relaying detailed specifications of hardware and software products to clients, as Principal Consultant he is also in charge of supporting the client throughout the development and production of their project. Additionally with his expertise in computer engineering and computer science, he is responsible for synchronizing current systems with newly developed products.
